The most beautiful waterfall

In Semester 2 , There was this assignment where we had to take 5 photos resembling water and we were supposed to do an Oral Presentation about it. I wanted to kinda bring this concept of storytelling with music with our slides and the group decided why not. Here are the slides with full story ! Enjoy

Introducing our protagonist Ikki Han Duo !

Ikki is your fairly average boy, he likes girls, he plays video games and he occasionally screams like a girl whenever a cockroach is around but hey we all do. Nothing really happens to him except on this one fine day. November 21st 2018 , he decided to pay Komodo Riverside a visit , a place very dear to him , his birthplace.

Ikki took his bicycle and cycled there since it was not that far away from his place , just around 4 hours.

Once Ikki got there he just laid back and enjoyed the beautiful view. Funny thing he told himself was , “ If there was not any water in this river , the view would not have been the same”. After a couple of hours , Ikki decided to head back home until ....

a mysterious figure started approaching him.

As it got closer , Ikki immediately realised who it was. But how , Ikki wondered. “ I saw you die ! “ screamed Ikki. As the mysterious figure approached , it revealed itself to be a transparent looking girl who is sort off levitating off the ground like a ghost or a spirit of some sort. “ It can’t be you , Hana ? “ said Ikki. “ It is me , I am in some kind of ghostly spirit form “ says Hana. Hana requested Ikki to find the waterfall that took her life and directed Ikki to the place , also giving him a pet firefly to guide him on his journey. Ikki named the firefly , Water The Plants.

But before the journey ,

Ikki goes to visit his foster family that adopted him to just pay a visit in case anything happens , that kind of thing. He also had one thought , that Hana visiting him to tell him to go on this journey was more than just to find her death place but to also appreciate water and just water in general. He did not know why yet and he guesses this is why he must set on this journey even more. Once he got to his foster family’s place , Ikki decides to walk around the back and see if any of the kids are swimming.

To his surprise they were and Ikki did not know there was a new swimming pool. He was happy to see everyone smiling and playing in the pool and then it hit him , how this swimming pool filled with water is making all of them so happy and in hot days they could all swim and relax outside, also not staying indoors all the time. Sadly , Ikki had to leave and so he did , off to his journey.

Fast forward , Ikki got here.

Ikki followed Water The Plants into the forest after crashing into a small island named Chilling not so far from his place.

As he was following behind Water The Plants he heard the sound of water streams and got excited as that means he could follow the stream to the top of the waterfall.

if you ever get lost in the forest , find the nearest river and follow it upstream or downstream to find the nearest civilisation but make sure you know your location and geography.

Unlucky for Ikki , that sound he was hearing was coming from behind him and fast. But it was too late and Ikki got flushed by the strong waves along with Water The Plants and somewhere deeper into Chilling.

In this case both of them was flushed downstream and nowhere near the top of the waterfall.

Instead deeper into the forest where Ikki had a lot of walking to do and he also lost most of his gear except his watch his real dad gave him.

Ikki had a lot of walking and back tracking to do , he definitely got thirsty and needed water , unlucky for him he was in an area where there was mostly muddy water and they were not drinkable but to balance out this used to be average boy’s life fair , there was a man-made pipe which has clean water.

And life is now fair.

Ikki thanked whoever who made this and thanks water for keeping us hydrated and just staying alive in general.

He then continued on his journey with Water the Plants and after a good 6 hours of walking , he finally made it there by evening.

Once he got there he did not see Hana anywhere around and after awhile Water the Plants could not be found either but he definitely remembered how the waterfalls took Hana. But there was one problem, Hana did not pass away anywhere near Chilling Island , she died at a young age of 3 at a local theme park where she was playing around a man made waterfall and slipped. Ikki heard laughter from behind , laughter sounding nothing like human. Ikki turned around not scared , with a brave look in his eyes. “ Finally , you are mine Ikki or should I say son of Poseidon ! “ said what believed to be Water The Plants .
