I know hard work is two words but i've always liked it as one word and that is stupid but I'm still gonna leave it anyways.

3D Assignment 03

This material recycled sculpture was done by Michelle Reader .

Now this time from Mr.Ernesto we were tasked on doing a recycled material sculpture and we were given 2 weeks to finish it , we could also do whatever we wanted. At first the boys wanted to group up and kinda do like a Christmas Theme Toy Set where Zikri did the Snowman , William did the Sley , Jac Kee did Santa Claus and YC does the Christmas Tree and Myself on Rudolph. but that didn't go to well as Mr.Ernesto quickly shut down the idea and we all decided to go on our own ways.

I didn't really have any idea on what to do except that Rudolph I still kept thinking about. My mom could see how stressed out I was decides to take me to a cafe. If I remember correctly , the cafe was called Cafe Studio located near Strand at Kota Damansara , the one opposite Dataran Sunway ( Sunway Giza )

As I entered the cafe , I saw this cute little Rudolph sculpture at the counter and I immediately ask the man at the counter if I could borrow it for awhile to draw a few sketches and take photos of it . He kindly said yes.

I went home for awhile after the cafe called my friends and asked them to pick me up to go look for somethings to buy for the sculpture , mostly glue.

I wanted to get PVA glue , that white thick glue in a long bottle but apparently everywhere I went that day didn't have PVA glue. It was already getting dark and I kinda knew most art shops should be closing or closed by now , then I had a brilliant idea on wanting to use Flour. So I checked online and dear god , it actually does exist and so I got flour from village grocer and went back home.

So I started !

That cute little red thing is from Ikea .

So I used big bottles as the legs and an even bigger bottle for the body and stuffed it with Past Spm Papers , recycling right.

I made the neck using a pvc pipe I found at the side of the road and somehow broke it to my desire length for the neck.

Oh , Fahad my friend was there too , he stayed with me overnight to kinda help me finish it but as you can see from the photo that didn't happen. But my mom did , so shoutout to my mom she had unpacking to do since she just got back from holiday and she stayed up to do it so she helped me by providing old buisness cards and just being there for company since Fahad died.
